Super Smash Bros. Switch Announced, Internet Goes Wild

Super Smash Bros. Switch Announced, Internet Goes Wild

As you may already know, Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo Switch was the final announcement yesterday at the end of the Nintendo Direct. This comes out of the blue, as typically Nintendo saves these big announcements for E3. You can almost bet that this year's E3 2018 will be focused primarily on this title, as Super Smash Bros. is sure to be this year's big holiday release for Nintendo. A lot of questions remain. Will this truly be a new game, or will assets from Super Smash Bros. WiiU be reused? Will Amiibo functionality continue and will new figures be released? And what about the roster, will we see as many guest stars like Pac-Man, Snake, Sonic, and Mega Man as we have in the past? One thing is for sure, is that Nintendo has just announced the must-have Switch game for 2018 earlier than anticipated and everyone is losing their minds (in a good way.)
