Ittle Dew 2 slammed its way onto PCs everywhere last November, bringing more of the 2-D adventuring that fans clamored for. Again in the style of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Nicalis brings this experience to the Nintendo Switch in the form of Ittle Dew 2+. Traversing an island filled with dungeons, enemies and treasure Ittle will find additional items to help her on her quest. Ittle Dew 2+ on the Nintendo Switch includes the "Dream World" which includes 5 additional dungeons and an extra boss.
But again like previous releases like Isaac and Tiny Barbarian, the physical release on Switch is really what makes this package shine. For $29.99, not only do you get the full game and extra content, but another retro-themed instruction manual and a water resistant island map. The extra goodies are only available to the first print run, so make sure you track the launch edition of Ittle Dew 2+ soon, as these releases are already starting to become very collectible in Nintendo collector circles.
Compared to the PC release at a MSRP of $19.99, having a physical release for an extra $10 along with all of the extra feelies that are included makes this an easy buy. I highly recommend you buy this game, especially if you like The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Alundra, Beyond Oasis, and other 2-D adventure type games. Ittle Dew 2+ provides a plethora of content at just the right price point.
