Bo Knows Tecmo Super Bowl Kia Commercials

Bo knows Nintendo.

Everyone knows that Bo Jackson on the Raiders was an unstoppable force in Tecmo Super Bowl for Nintendo.  With stats near maxed out, Bo could plow through any team. Only Christian Okoye of the Kansas City Chiefs was similarly matched in play. Kia has introduced two new commercials showing off their 2017 Sorento line of vehicles. Bo Jackson stars in both spots, with one including an appearance from former Seattle Seahawks linebacker Brian Bosworth. In November 1987, Bosworth famously boasted before the game that he would "contain" Bo Jackson. However, he was effectively laid out by Bo Jackson during a red zone play resulting in a touchdown for Jackson. This makes for some humorous friendly banter in the commercial below:

Tecmo Bo Jackson finally stops for a moment, thanks to Autonomous Emergency Braking, as an old adversary steps between him and the end zone.
Tecmo Bo Jackson scores his longest, most unstoppable touchdown run yet thanks to the 2017 Kia Sorento with All-Wheel Drive.

Kia's marketing department needs a raise with this campaign. It's an 8-bit hit!
