After beating Fallout 4 earlier this year, I wasn't really too excited for the first two DLC packages to be released. The first was Automatron which involved you hunting down robots, scavenging their parts and building your own robot. Wasteland Workshop included extra things to build in your settlements and capture live creatures. However on May 19th, that all changes with the release of Far Harbor, the first true expansion to the game. Set on an island off the coast of Maine, the Lone Wanderer needs to investigate a case that has been brought to Detective Valentine's attention involving a missing girl and a colony of synths. New faction quests, weapons, enemies, and more await you on this island that has been removed from civilization for quite some time. Honestly, this might pull me back into the game, as I have pretty much put Fallout 4 down for a couple months. The price tag is a little steep ($24.99 without the season pass), but I think will ultimately be worth it given the quality of expansions that Bethesda has released in the past for Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. Will you be getting Far Harbor? Are you excited to continue your Fallout 4 journey? Check out the trailer below and let me know what you think!
